How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps:
- Email us at returns@purowater.in with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and pickup schedule.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if available).
- Our courier partner will collect the package from your address at no cost to you.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method - Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details you provide.
